For 2018, the hotel’s #add Restaurant and Pool Bar will present a Cape Traditional Christmas Menu that guests can enjoy either on the outside deck or indoors for a cozier feel on a cooler day.The Christmas Menu covers a wide variety of choices. The offering includes a Bread and Soup Station with a choice of cocktail rolls and herbed breads to accompany a creamy chicken, mushroom and bacon soup. Other options span from Wild Rocket, Corn and Butternut Salad; Slow-cooked Gammon with a sweet and sour basting; and a Creamy Spinach and Feta Cheese Linguini Pasta. Cape Malay Chicken Curry with Salsa; Seasonal Vegetable and Napolitano Penne Pasta; and Lamb Riblets that have been roasted in a barbeque, mustard and rosemary sauce, are also on the menu. Festive dessert indulgences include a Seasonal Fruit Salad, Chocolate-dipped and Caramel Cream Éclairs, and a Sticky Toffee Pudding with Vanilla-infused Custard.
