Premier Hotel O.R. Tambo has received its 4-star grading from the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa. The grading comes hot on the heels of the hotels newest upgrades, which include a brand new 40-seater conferencing venue (the Harvard Room), a range of state-of-the-art conferencing technology and equipment upgrades and a brand new spa.

The results of the grading report reflect these upgrades with special mention of the hotels vast attention to detail regarding electronics, electrical equipment, amenities and guest comfort. The report also makes mention of the superior food which is listed as highly professional and the team who are professional with extensive leadership (and) management. All in all the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa listed Premier Hotel O.R. Tambo as outstanding.

The 275-room hotel is fast becoming one of Johannesburgs top conferencing and event venues. It is down the road from O.R. Tambo International Airport, Africas busiest airport and a mere 800 meters from the Rhodesfield Gautrain station which makes it perfectly placed for busy travellers looking for highly convenient and top of the range accommodation and conferencing.

We are thrilled about our 4-star grading, says Henk Bredenoord, General Manager of Premier Hotels O.R. Tambo. A 4-star rating from the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa carries not only immense kudos and credibility for our hotels offerings, but also a lot of responsibility to remain unwavering in our drive to deliver the best service we can, he adds.
