Jacquie Muhati recently joined Kenya Airways as the Regional Marketing Manager: Southern Africa.
Jacquie holds a B.Sc (Hons) and Masters in International Marketing and postgraduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.
An all rounded marketer, she has a wealth of experience from both private and public sector. She has been successful in developing and implementing strategies, combining years of experience in diverse market sectors including the UK, USA, South Africa and Kenya.
Prior to Joining Kenya Airways, Jacquie held various senior leadership roles at Brand Kenya Board (Kenya), AMSCO: AI (South Africa) and Marcus Evans Group: Capital Markets Division (UK and USA).
During her most recent assignment at Brand Kenya Board as the International Brand Manager, she was part of the team that developed the Kenya Nation Branding Strategy.
Jacquie is a member of various boards including The Chartered Institute of Marketing Kenya, CSR International and CMO Council Africa Advisory Board.
Tapping into her experiences and industry insights, she has previously spoken at a number of national and international forums. A passionate champion for sustainable development in Africa, Jacquie’s presentations have largely focused on tourism, and the interface between economy and nation branding.
