“As we are a non-essential service provider, Khoja Group was closed on full lockdown for two months and had no source of income at all. Personal funds had to be utilised to stay afloat,” says Webster Mathe, vice president of operations for the group.

Khoja Group is a leading, privately-owned BBBEE company with over 25 years’ experience in producing awards and trophies of all kinds across its extensive and impressive portfolio of designs.

After a complete shutdown, business at Khoja Group is slowly starting to pick up as regulations ease.

“We are not out up of the woods yet but we are confident that the aftereffects of COVID-19 will be short-lived and in no time, events and awards will be back in full swing to cater for the social interaction we are so starved of,” comments Mathe.
