The annual Hotels.com ‘Loved by Guests’ Awards is based on guest reviews and experiences of hotels from around the world, which makes it one of the more authentic award ratings. This year, Sun International’s five-star hotel Table Bay Hotel in Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront received a nine out of a possible ten (or “superb”) rating in the awards programme.

Joanne Selby, General Manager at The Table Bay, says, “Awards such as these are a testament to the commitment of our front of house team which works enthusiastically to ensure guests receive exceptional service, as well as our behind-the-scenes staff who make sure that the wheels of the operation are running smoothly.”

This is the second time the 329-room hotel has received this ‘Loved by Guests’ Awards rating, with the first being in 2019.
