SATIB Webinar: Liability and legal implications of Covid-19 on tourism businesses

January 19 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

There’s no public liability insurance cover for COVID, which creates many questions around liability and potential litigation if a guest falls ill or dies from Covid-19. What if they have to curtail their trip? What do you need to do to prove you’ve not been negligent as a business owner?

Join Stefan de Beer, Director of Martin and de Beer Inc., Onne Vegter, MD of Wild Wings Safaris, and Lucien Niemann, AfricanRescue Live Assist Executive Director, for this SATIB-sponsored webinar to unpack your liability and legal obligations.
