“Mother’s au Gratin” – Chevin & cauliflower panna cotta, goat cheese crumble, broccoli crisps, panko makataan

1st Course

“Red sea” – Harissa baked monkfish, basil gnocchi, octopus tentacle, crispy octopus, basil, crisp tomato, olive dust

2nd Course

“Cow-Cow” – Free-range beef fillet medallion, beef cheek & samp bake, smoked Nguni slithers, spinach, carrot ribbons, tempura shimeji, porcini & brandy sauce


“White & Dark” – Dark chocolate torte, white chocolate gelato, granadilla compote
